Questions, answered
How is the winner chosen?
At the close, the entry list is frozen and sealed (SHA-256). A winner is then selected by audited random draw from the sealed list. The draw is recorded and the result published on this page.
What if the competition doesn’t sell out?
The draw happens on the published date regardless. Someone always wins the watch.
What condition is the watch in?
The prize is authorised retail stock, ex-display and in like-new condition. It is covered by Swiss Watch Network’s two-year warranty from the day it ships.
When do my entries count?
The moment your payment completes. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number, which is your entry record.
How do monthly entries work?
Your bundle renews each month and the entries are placed into the live competition automatically. Cancel anytime; cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
How do I know if I’ve won?
We contact the winner directly at the email on their order, and publish the result (first name, initial and country) here. The watch ships insured and tracked within 5 working days.
