Swiss Watch Network offers an optional Parcel Protection Insurance to insure the contents of your order against theft or loss during transit.
Coverage: Loss of the parcel during transit while under the care of the courier, and theft of the parcel while in transit before delivery.
Exclusions: Parcels left in a “safe place” as designated by the customer, parcels marked as “delivered”, loss or theft after delivery, and damages not resulting from theft or loss during transit.
Claims: Must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, including with GPS coordinates and photo evidence, Swiss Watch Network is not responsible for the loss, theft, or misplacement of the parcel. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for parcels confirmed delivered unless there is proof of courier negligence.
Customers are required to accept delivery and to adhere to the standard return process. Rejecting or refusing a delivery is not part of our approved return process. If a customer rejects a delivery, Swiss Watch Network cannot guarantee the parcel’s safe return.
Swiss Watch Network maintains strict confidentiality regarding its supplier relationships and sales data. We do not disclose the identities or contact information of suppliers or distributors to any third party, except as required by applicable law.
