Track your order

From the moment your timepiece leaves us, you can follow its journey to your door. Every Swiss Watch Network order is sent on a secure, fully tracked service, so you always know exactly where your watch is.

How to track

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking link. Open that link, or enter your tracking number in our tracking portal, to see the latest status and estimated delivery date.

Before you track

  • Have your tracking number to hand - you will find it in your dispatch confirmation email.
  • Check your inbox, including spam or junk folders, for the email from Swiss Watch Network.
  • Please allow a little time after dispatch for the first courier scan to appear.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Our standard delivery window is 2 to 4 weeks, though most orders arrive sooner. Delivery can occasionally be affected by courier delays, customs clearance or seasonal demand. For full details, please see our Delivery Policy.
